Refund policy
At HOUSE OF FALAH, every product undergoes multiple quality control inspections before dispatch. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and our strict quality assurance process, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
Returns
We only accept return requests if the product arrives:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design sent by our team).
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong size, or incorrect address provided by the customer will not be accepted.
Return Request Window
Any return request must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible for review.
Proof Required
To process any claim, customers must provide:
- Order number.
- Unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
- Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product.
Claims submitted without an uninterrupted unboxing video may be declined.
Condition of Returned Products
If a return is approved, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order enters production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sales or promotional events.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Final Decision
HOUSE OF FALAH reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the evidence provided.
